Get to know Lovisa

About two years ago, I graduated from Chalmers and moved to Stockholm to begin my career as a management consultant. I started at a medium-size firm and loved my new life here in the big city. However, after a few months, the you-know-what-virus hit the world and there I was, standing without a job. I have had my eyes on Ascend for a couple of years since they seemed to have a great culture and amazing, nice people who truly enjoy going to work. When they welcomed me with open arms, I knew my gut feeling was right. All my expectations turned out to be true. It is a little cliché to say but coming into the office feels a little like coming home to a friend.

Since I am still at the beginning of my career, I am learning new things every day and wish to work with multiple projects and industries. Therefore, Ascend fits me very well. I was pulled into a project my first week and have already had the opportunity to assist in several other projects and sales pitches. Due to the small company size, transparency is remarkably high, and you always get to know about all fun projects or initiatives that are going on. Everyone is engaged in developing Ascend further and we love spending time together. This is what I think distinguishes Ascend from other companies.
